But, we’re happy to announce – Tighten Up With Tim is up and running and people are already following along with this quick, yet effective (if you ask me!) free at-home workout video series that targets the full-body in just four videos, and they are all less than 10 minutes!
In Part 1 of our Tighten up with Tim workout series, myself and my partner-in-YouTube-crime, Amina, workout our upper body with fitness expert Tim Adams. This quick upper body workout can be done at home or on-the-go without any equipment and in less than 5-minutes! It’s tough and as you’ll see I had to take a break which just goes to show you, listen to your body – if you feel like you need to stop, stop… go at your own pace and have fun!
