Susie, thanks for the recommendation. I passed it along to my friends who work on Wall Street. Also, I did notice that the Mandarin Oriental in DC does have therapeutic massage jets at varying levels in their Vitality Pool, as well. Thanks for the great blog! I learn so much from you. I write a blog about spas, as well, in the local dc area.

It is probably hard to find a jacuzzi that suits people of all shapes and sizes. And like you said, a jacuzzi is an afterthought to the spa. So maybe they just picked a general model.
Good information though, thanks for sharing it with us.

    Hi Susie,
I enjoyed reading your recent blog regarding the Setai and your kind mention of Steve and me in it. I sincerely apologize for any discomfort you felt when reaching for the hot handles in the Steam room and hope you didn’t burn yourself. I also wanted you to know that we have since installed new handles (they were on order but did not arrive in time for your visit). I very much look forward to seeing you in Istanbul at the GSS.
    Best regards,
    Wendy
