Editor’s note: I’d like to address the elephant in the room. Yes, I have bad form! This was the first time I’d ever worked out like this and ya know what, I was sore for DAYS. By no means am I claiming to be a fitness buff and I’ll readily admit my form needs quite a bit of work however, for all my chicas out there that, like me, aren’t super flexible and maybe have never worked with a trainer, what I say is right now, throw impeccable form out the window and just get moving! Moving is what matters! Work at your own pace, do what your body lets you do today, and tomorrow push it a little harder – you’ll be amazed at the results! I know I am!
