I recently signed up for a Practical Philosophy class, and have been enjoying the series much more than I thought I would. It is a wonderful mixture of lessons on finding the wisdom within, pausing to live in the moment, and learning how to deal with everyday dilemmas.

I love France for many reasons, the food, the wine, the beauty approach and yes…the fashion. They really get it. Recently the Caudalie Vinotherapie Spa at The Plaza Hotel opened In New York. A glass of wine after a luxurious, fragrant and youth reviving treatment…. Now in my book, that is a recipe for perfection.
